Majority of inspections cost an average of R2000. However, the Water Analysis costs more, due to the fee of the laboratory who test the analysis.

You do not have to be present during the inspection. However, someone will need to be available while the inspection is being completed, to let our inspection team in and out of the property.

Payments for the Inspection can be paid by either EFT, which you can find on the invoice that will be sent after inspection. Or you can pay cash to the inspector on the day of inspection

Property inspections are great for knowing the condition of your property, for knowing the areas that you need to work on or repair, to see what areas are damaged or old before you move into your own space

Unfortunately, no refunds are possible, however, if you are dissatisfied with our service, please feel free to contact us and we will do everything we possibly can to rectify your concerns and earn back your trust.

If you need to cancel or postpone your inspection, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24-hours so that we can reschedule your allocated time for another person.

You can expect your report 2 – 3 days after the inspection has been completed, and final payment has been made.

Inspections can vary, time-wise. There are many factors to consider when it comes to an inspection. That is why it is very difficult to give an estimated time on how long the inspection will take.
If time is an issue for you, please try and schedule a date that is best when you will not be under pressure to leave while the inspection is taking place.

Our Inspector will schedule an inspection at the best available date that is convenient for both the inspector and yourself. If you are unable to make it during the week or during office hours, due to commitments, please let us know straight away.
